Woodland Violets Cyanotype Pattern

This design was created by carefully arranging real violets captured through the cyanotype process using the light of the sun. I gathered them on a walk through beautiful springtime woods in my hometown. I origianlly designed this pattern as a baby blanket for a childhood friend's first baby.
